This one is galvanized (theoretically) and (theoretically) won't rust. It rusted up with 2 uses.Also, when you raise the handles, they are "wider" than the rack itself. Because this rack just fit my pan, there was no way on earth the handles would stay up. I always had to use 2 large paper clips to hold the handles up against the sides of the pan so I could put jars in / remove them. Held the jars nicely, though. But overall? Definitely look for something else. I want what is pictured, not the one that will allow the cans to bump into each other during processing. |
