This review is from: Staub 12" Grill Pan & Cast Iron Press Cherry 1209906 We live in Alaska, and sometimes in the middle of winter you want to grill a steak - but not stand outside in -65 degree temps. This pan really fit the bill. Unlike other indoor grills we have tried, this pan cooked evenly and provided beautiful sear marks. It is a HEAVY pan, but it's solid foundation helps to provide even cooking even on the outside edges of the pan. I would highly recommend this pan.
